Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Administrative Clerk to support daily office operations of a company located in the Robinson Township area of Pittsburgh. The Administrative Clerk will be responsible for a variety of clerical tasks including data entry, document management, and communication support. The ideal candidate is proactive, reliable, and capable of handling multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform accurate data entry and maintain digital and physical filing systems Handle incoming and outgoing mail, including shipping and receiving documents Answer and direct phone calls and emails in a professional manner Assist with scheduling meetings, appointments, and maintaining calendars Prepare reports, memos, and other documents as needed Support other departments with administrative tasks as required Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary

Qualifications:
