Assignment Length:
Approximately 2 months (potential to become permanent)
Job Overview:
We are currently seeking a detail-oriented Administrative Clerk for a short-term assignment with the potential to transition into a permanent role. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, reliable, and comfortable handling a variety of administrative tasks in a fast-paced office setting.
Key Responsibilities:
Scan, organize, and file documents accurately Perform data entry and maintain electronic records Review documents for completeness and accuracy Assist with general office duties as assigned Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information
Qualifications:
Previous administrative or clerical experience preferred Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Proficient with basic computer programs, especially Microsoft Office Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently Reliable and punctual with a positive, team-oriented attitude
