• Travel and perform exams at VESleased facility and/or schedule Veterans within your ownpractice Will bill per exam Initial PTSD exams, follow up PTSD exams, and other mentalhealth exams DMA certification available (can get CME credits) will need toobtain once privileged if not already certified Own personal laptop (NO MACs) (DBQs) Evaluations to be completed in VES’s provider portal Record review is required in most casesRate Initial PTSD Exam•$180 (rate type: per exam) (includes timesto complete exams, submit report, including any addendums, no OT,no admin time) PTSD follow up and all other mental health exams•$150 (ratetype: per exam 2) (includes times to complete exams, submit report,including any addendums, no OT, no admin time)
