Our Office Team is currently seeking the next rockstar Call Center Representative to support or amazing customers and field technicians while maintaining our excellent service standards. Responsibilities for this role include, but are not limited to:

Customer Interaction :

Answer customer calls, emails, and chat inquiries related to pest control services. Provide helpful, accurate, and timely information to customers regarding services, pricing, and pest control solutions.

Appointment Scheduling:

Coordinate and schedule service appointments based on customer needs and technician availability. Confirm and reschedule appointments as necessary.

Problem Resolution:

Address and resolve customer complaints, concerns, and inquiries with professionalism and empathy, ensuring customer satisfaction at all times.

Service Support:

Assist customers with inquiries about pest control treatments, safety protocols, and product usage.

Record Keeping:

Maintain accurate customer records, document interactions, and update customer profiles in the system. Attention to detail in this area is a must.

Product Knowledge:

Stay informed about the company’s pest control services and solutions to provide accurate and up-to-date information to the customers.

Collaboration:

Work closely with field technicians and the operations team to ensure seamless service delivery and resolution of issues. Must have Reliable Transportation and the ability to pass a background check
