Summary:

The Office Admin Assistant must have the ability to effectively communicate with candidates, field employees, client contacts, and internal staff. The Office Admin Assistant’s purpose is to answer incoming phone calls, greet clients and employees as they arrive at the office, properly notify internal staff of the client or candidates presence and needs, and assist all internal office staff with any administrative needs they may have.

Job Duties:

Including but not limited to: Answer incoming phone calls. Greet clients and employees as they arrive at the office. Properly notify internal staff of the client’s or candidate’s presence and their needs. Assist all internal office staff with any administrative needs they may have. Update the

CTS / CRM

systems on a daily basis. (This requires calling, texting, and emailing existing candidates to ensure their contact information remains up to date.) Running background checks and conducting drug tests on candidates.

Basic Requirements & Qualifications:

Including but not limited to: Microsoft office experience. Ability to work autonomously with minimal oversight. Ability to work full-time hours. (40 hours minimum) Excellent written and verbal communications skills. Dependable and Reliable. Ideal candidate will be self-motivated and possess excellent communication skills, with strong attention to detail. Excellent customer service, organizational, problem solving, and time management skills are essential. Must be PC literate in a Windows environment including, MS Word, Excel, and the Internet. Candidate must also be able to represent TradesPeople™ in a positive manner both internally and externally. Candidate WILL be required to pass a drug test and criminal background check.
