Schedule:

20 hours/week. Ideal schedule is Monday-Friday, 4 hours per day in the morning/ afternoon, but we’re open to discussing flexibility and room to grow based on the right candidate. Our space includes beautifully curated coworking work areas, private office, meetings rooms, and flexible event spaces. With a strong focus on detail and service, we aim to make every member and guest feel welcome and supported.

Our team thrives in an open-table, collaborative environment where everyone’s ideas and contributions matter. Whether it’s greeting a guest, stocking the cafe, or prepping for an event, we approach every task with care and a shared commitment to excellence. Role Overview We’re looking for a detail-oriented, proactive community coordinator to help keep our space running smoothly. This person will wear many hats—managing day-to-day operations, supporting members, and ensuring that our environment stays inviting, efficient, and well-stocked.

Responsibilities:
Guest Services:

Be a welcoming, helpful presence for members and visitors; assist with inquiries and support hospitality-focused experiences.

Cafe Upkeep:

Regularly stock, clean, and organize the cafe to ensure it’s always welcoming and fully supplied. We have freshly brewed drip coffee, tea, keurig, half and half, oat milk, and fruit infused water available to all members and guests.

Task Management:

Use Notion manage daily/ weekly/ monthly workflows, team coordination, and personal task tracking.

Excel & Inventory Management:

Maintain and update inventory spreadsheets; schedule and manage regular Instacart and online orders to ensure the cafe and events are fully stocked and planned for.

Email Communication:

Draft and schedule weekly email newsletters and internal updates for members and guests.

Mail Handling:

Sort and organize member mail; handle incoming mail requests efficiently.

Flyer Design & Posting:

Create engaging flyers in Canva; post and remove them around the space to promote events and important info.

Booking & Calendar Management:

Manage an Outlook inbox and calendar. Oversee meeting room and event space bookings; manage building calendars and communicate availability clearly.

Experienced with platforms like Outlook, One Drive, Notion, Excel, and Canva (or eager to learn quickly).
