Remote Admin Clerk Innovative Print Marketing Charleston, SC • Remote Print Marketing is a leading provider of high-quality print marketing solutions. The Administrative Clerk will be responsible for providing administrative support to various departments within the company. This individual will assist with data entry, filing, answering phone calls, scheduling appointments, and other general office duties as needed. The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently Maintain organized and up-to-date filing system Answer phone calls and direct them to the appropriate department Assist with scheduling appointments and coordinating meetings Prepare and distribute internal communications as needed Provide general administrative support to various departments Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent Previous experience in an administrative role is preferred Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite Excellent written and verbal communication skills Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively Strong attention to detail The pay range for this role is: 28.90 – 31.10 USD per hour(Remote (Charleston, South Carolina, US))
