- Provide excellent customer service to clients and visitors.
- Manage calendars, schedule appointments, and coordinate meetings.
- Perform general administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and document management.
- Handle incoming calls and inquiries, directing them to the appropriate person or department.
- Provide office management support, including maintaining office.
Requirements:
- Proficiency in using Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, Slides, Gmail, Calendar).
- Strong data entry skills with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Experience in calendar management and scheduling appointments.
