$20/hr We are currently seeking a dedicated and personable Bilingual Administrative Assistant in North Charleston, SC.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Greet and assist visitors, creating a warm and professional environment from the moment they arrive
  • Answer and route incoming phone calls promptly and courteously
  • Maintain and organize physical and digital filing systems
  • Perform accurate and timely data entry tasks
  • Support the team with general administrative duties including document preparation, scheduling, and supply management
  • Assist with translation and communication tasks as needed
Requirements:
  • Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish
  • Previous experience in an administrative or front desk role preferred
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and basic office equipment
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
