Experience in administrative work for landscape/construction companies. Experience with editing, updating, and maintaining contracts. Strong communication and organizational skills. Proficiency in QuickBooks, MS Excel, Word, Outlook, and Google. Responsibilities Lead calendaring and administrative duties, supporting logistics coordination with Managers. Schedule, organize, and maintain a complex calendar composed of diverse and frequently shifting commitments. Provide updates and resources for specific projects. Advocate for adequate, timely, and cost-effective services. Evaluate the quality of all services and identify areas that need improvements. Anticipate, plan, and support the team’s needs.
