Description We are looking for a detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team in Greenville, South Carolina. This opportunity offers the potential to transition into a long-term role. You will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of daily administrative functions while supporting senior leadership. This position requires strong organizational skills, a proactive attitude, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate the daily office operations, including maintaining adequate stock of office supplies.
- Prepare for meetings and appointments by managing schedules and ensuring required materials are ready.
- Provide comprehensive administrative assistance to the senior advisor, including managing correspondence and prioritizing tasks.
- Communicate with service centers to follow up on outstanding requests and ensure timely resolutions.
- Process service-related tasks accurately and promptly to meet organizational standards.
- Organize and maintain filing systems, both physical and electronic, ensuring easy access and secure storage.
- Answer inbound calls professionally and address inquiries or direct them to the appropriate departments.
- Schedule appointments and manage calendars to optimize time and efficiency.
- Handle email correspondence, ensuring timely and clear communication with internal and external stakeholders.
- Input and manage data using tools such as Microsoft Excel and other office software. Requirements
- Proven experience in customer service and administrative roles.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
- Strong skills in data entry with high attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to manage inbound and outbound calls effectively.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, especially for email correspondence.
- Demonstrated ability to schedule appointments and maintain organized calendars.
- Familiarity with maintaining filing systems, both digital and physical.
- Exceptional organizational abilities and multitasking skills.
