Job Description
Staffmark is actively seeking an experienced Administrative Assistant to join our partnership with a leading company in Piedmont, SC. We’re seeking a proactive individual who radiates positivity, embraces continuous learning, and takes ownership of tasks. In this role, you will assist various departments to help with special projects that require scanning documents to help digitize records. Schedule:
8am – 5pm, Monday – Friday (40 hours per week)
Pay:
$20/hr.
Essential Functions:
Perform high-volume document scanning and organize digital files Assist with special projects as assigned by various departments Provide phone and in-person support with professionalism and courtesy Utilize Microsoft Word and Excel for basic data entry and documentation Support general office functions as needed
Qualifications:
Two years of related experience in an office environment Proficiency in Microsoft Office – Word and Excel Experience in accounts payable would be a plus but not required
