Maintenance Coordinator Position Available In Greenville, South Carolina

Job Description:

Bluefield is a growing company headquartered in Greenville, SC,that provides real estate brokerage, property management, andinsurance services. We’re looking for a motivated, team-oriented individual with strongcommunication and organizational skills to focus on providingexcellent customer service through maintenance coordination in ourProperty Management division. At Bluefield, we are passionate about personal and professionaldevelopment and strive to provide all of the tools, resources,training, and support necessary for our new team members tosuccessfully perform and thrive in their roles. We’re looking forsomeone who will really take ownership of the role and focus onimproving the systems and processes within this part of thecompany.

Responsibilities:

• Fielding incoming calls, text messages, and emails from tenantsand vendors.
• Working within the ticketing system we have in place, to ensurenothing slips through the cracks.
• Proactively following up to make sure things are gettingdone.
• Collecting invoices from vendors and entering them into ouraccounting system.
• Cross-training to assist with other back-office items asneeded.
