Salary:

$20-22/hr

What your future day will look like:
Maintain and update databases, spreadsheets, and project management tools; generate reports and ensure data accuracy.
Assist in preparing technical reports, project proposals, and quotes.
Facilitate and manage monthly committee meetings, including assembling, formatting, proofreading, and posting final documents.
Ensure licenses, memberships and subscriptions are up to date.
Perform various administrative tasks such as greeting office visitors, handling emails and phone calls, processing mail, ordering supplies, and maintaining the department’s intranet webpage.
Coordinate internal luncheons, lunch-n-learns, public relations functions, and ensure all aspects of meeting preparation are handled.
