Office Assistant Quality Towing and Service Center 1657 Plaza Place, Myrtle Beach, SC 29577 Overview We are seeking a dedicated and organized Office Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office by providing administrative support and assisting with various clerical tasks. This position requires a proactive individual who can manage multiple responsibilities while maintaining a high level of professionalism and attention to detail. Duties Perform general clerical duties, Provide support for the bookkeeper, the Owner and the Office Manager Collaborate with team members to streamline office processes and improve overall efficiency. Skills Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively. Proficient in computer literacy.. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, to interact effectively with co-workers and customers.
