Position Description Advertised Job Summary Greet and assist visitors, students, and staff in person, via phone, and through email. Direct individuals to appropriate departments or personnel based on their needs. Maintain the front desk area, ensuring a professional and organized appearance. Provide general administrative support to faculty, staff, and leadership. Schedule and coordinate meetings, room reservations, and events as needed. Manage incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries. Maintain and update office files, databases, and records. Assist students with registration, enrollment, and campus-related inquiries. Provide information about campus resources, policies, and procedures. Coordinate the distribution of materials such as schedules, forms, and event information. Act as a liaison for facility maintenance requests at the Laurens Location. Support the planning and execution of campus events, workshops, orientations, etc. Monitor and replenish office supplies to meet faculty and staff needs. Monitor and verify the identity of visitors entering the facility. Notify appropriate personnel of visitor arrivals and provide directions as necessary. Ensure doors, windows, and other entry points are secure at the end of the day. Report any suspicious activity, security concerns, or maintenance issues to the appropriate personnel. Job Related Minimum Required Education and Experience Typically holds a high school diploma or GED. Requires 1 or more years of job related experience. Required Certification, Licensure/Other Credentials Preferred Qualifications Knowledge/Skills/Abilities Position requires excellent computer skills. Must have great communication skills. Must be able to interact and work well with administration, faculty, staff, students, and general public. Must be organized, dependable and trustworthy.
