Are you a people-person who loves working in a beautiful natural setting? Sesquicentennial State Park is looking for a friendly, dependable, and enthusiastic Administrative Assistant to join our park office team! This is a front-line customer service role where no two days are ever the same. You’ll be the welcoming face and helpful voice for our guests, helping them create unforgettable outdoor experiences!
What You’ll Be Doing:
Assisting park guests in person and over the phone with campsite and picnic shelter reservations using a computer-based reservation system Operating our point-of-sale system to sell park merchandise and retail items Calling upcoming reservation holders to provide updated park information and helpful tips for their visit Registering park visitors and their dogs to the Sesqui Dog Park Answering questions, providing maps and brochures, and helping guests feel right at home in the park Delivering top-notch customer service with a smile!
