In this Service Coordinator position, you will receive incoming requests, prioritize requests, coordinate and schedule service while communicating with customers, internal team and external technicians. You will assist with maintaining records of work, monitoring routes, providing updated to customers and resolving issues. This is an onsite, full time position. To be successful you will need strong organization skills, excellent communication skills, the ability to make quick decisions and knowledge of how to get around the midlands area.
