Job Description

Warranty Coordinator Southeastern Equipment & Supply Inc. 1919 Old Dunbar Road, West Columbia, SC 29172 Southeastern Equipment and Supply, a family-built company and a cleaning equipment leader, is looking for a Warranty / Service Coordinator. Our business has been built on providing high-quality reconditioned cleaning and floor care equipment for our customers. We invite you to join our award-winning team! As the Warranty / Service Coordinator, you will handle incoming service and warranty equipment repair requests from our customers ensuring each one is resolved in a timely manner. To be successful as a Warranty Coordinator, you should have some technical experience to assist in diagnosing issues, and be able to stay organized in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following: Serve as the primary point of contact for customers to coordinate service calls and warranty work Provide ongoing support and updates to customers regarding the status of service Generate service tickets to include all documentation and instructions Coordinate and dispatch Service Calls to Manufacturers or Subcontractors Work with other departments within the company to resolve equipment issues Review completed service tickets/invoices and verify for accuracy (hours, rates, parts used etc.…) File claims with manufacturers Maintain spreadsheets/database to keep current and updated • Qualified candidates will have the following characteristics: Ability to multi task is critical Technical background / problem solving skills Desire to take charge of day-to-day responsibilities with minimal supervision Ability to collaborate with other colleagues and departments Ability to be flexible and adjust priorities as needed Passion for customer service and attention to detail Computer knowledge with understanding of basic Office programs •We offer a 401(k), 401(k) matching, Health insurance, Life insurance, and Paid time off, including Vacation and Sick days.
