•Looking for a part time worker who has experience with Property Maintenance. Someone reliable and dependable who can pay close attention to details and is very hardworking. Person
MUST HAVE
Valid Drivers License Own Transportation to Work Ability to follow instructions Experience in: basic carpentry, basic electricity, basic plumbing, and groundskeeping. Duties will include making sure property is functioning properly and in working order and the grounds is neat and upgraded as instructed. Sanding/Painting when necessary, power-washing, installing light fixtures/fans, door knob changes, installing doors, etc…. There will be a “Scope of Work” Sheet provided.
