One-Year Commitment to The Cason Group Our Administrative Services Team provides organizational support to all departments of The Cason Group. As an Administrative Assistant , you will provide general administrative, clerical, and receptionist duties to internal and external constituents while projecting a professional demeanor reflective of our company image.
What Our Administrative Assistants Do:
Support Organizational Functions:
perform general clerical duties (photocopying, scanning, emailing, faxing, and filing documents electronically); answer telephones within two rings and connect calls with the appropriate staff member; navigate appropriate technology platforms and software to locate a variety of information regarding group, individual medical, and life policies as well as client reports and advisor information; prepare daily mailings to pick up and drop off at US Post Office and FedEx locations
Communicate and Collaborate:
communicate regularly with administrative services team to maintain a professional lobby and kitchen environment; collaborate with the receptionist to distribute paper and electronic correspondence to appropriate office staff; serve as a backup to the receptionist as needed

Strong attention to detail and accuracy along with compliance of deadlines while managing and prioritize multiple tasks simultaneously; willingness to take initiative to seek additional tasks and projects as workload allows Ability to maintain a professional demeanor along with excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer services skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office; knowledge of general databases Bachelor’s Degree preferred (or equivalent experience in a related field) Successful mastery of this role within 6-7 months will lead to growth opportunities within the organization
