The incumbent works according to set procedures under close supervision.
The work is considered sedentary in nature and involves walking or standing some of the time and involves exerting up to 10 pounds of force on a recurring basis or routine keyboard operations. The work requires the following physical abilities to perform the essential job functions: fingering, grasping, handling, hearing, mental acuity, reaching, repetitive motion, speaking, talking, visual acuity, and walking.
Work environment involves exposure to no known environmental hazards; and is safe and secure that may periodically have unpredicted requirements or demands.
EXAMPLE OF DUTIES
Answers the telephone; provides accurate information to callers and/or forwards calls to appropriate personnel; takes messages as needed. Use cell phone to communicate with field personnel;Assist in managing the increasing volume of work orders, unit turnovers, vendor coordination, and general facility management tasks; Streamline maintenance-related operations to ensure timely responses, improved workflow efficiency, and a reduction in resident complaints.
Support the Facility Manager and Property Management team in maintaining accurate and organized documentation.
Aid in the Corporation’s compliance efforts by preparing for audits and site inspections with complete and accurate records.
Receive and track maintenance requests from tenants. Follow up with tenants on completed work orders to ensure satisfactionHelp coordinate move-ins and move-outs, including inspections documentation.
