Assists students in accessing Academic Success Center resources, including tutors, success coaches, workshops and online resources. Participates regularly in student engagement and promotion of the Academic Success Center and its resources. Helps students identify appropriate offices and resources at the college. Cross-trained for monitoring and troubleshooting equipment, answering phones, and other duties as assigned. This position is located on the Midlands Technical College Airport Campus Minimum and Additional Requirements Must possess excellent customer service skills and enjoy working with people in a fast-paced environment; have the ability to multi-task and prioritize duties as needed; must be dependable, honest, accurate, and a self-starter. This person must have prior MS Office experience.
