•We are a well-established p ediatric dental practice , passionate about creating a positive and welcoming environment for children and their families. We are seeking a motivated, detail-oriented, and bilingual Front Desk Receptionist to join our team. As the first point of contact for patients, you’ll play a key role in delivering excellent service while helping manage a smooth daily operation.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet patients and families with a friendly and welcoming demeanor Manage patient scheduling and ensure efficient flow of appointments Take initiative to fill the schedule and adapt to changes Maintain strong organization, attention to detail, and accurate patient records Work independently to complete daily tasks and office needs Utilize dental terminology and assist with patient inquiries
What We’re Looking For:
Bilingual in Spanish and English Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask Ability to adapt to schedule changes and manage office flow Previous dental office experience required Eaglesoft experience a plus! A friendly, team-oriented personality with a focus on excellent customer service
