The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in processing the mail, processing filings in our mail room, making deliveries, and maintaining our filing systems and ensuring that all documents are accurately processed and stored. This position requires strong clerical skills, computer literacy, a car, and strong attention to detail. Duties Organize and maintain physical and electronic filing systems for easy retrieval of documents. Input data into computer systems, ensuring accuracy and completeness. Assist with the management of office supplies and inventory. Handle incoming calls using phone systems, directing inquiries to the appropriate personnel. Collaborate with team members to streamline office processes and improve efficiency. Short travel for deliveries to Courts, the post office, and other businesses around the midlands as necessary. Perform other clerical duties as assigned to support daily operations. Qualifications Proven experience in clerical or administrative roles is preferred. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively. Excellent customer service skills, with a friendly demeanor when interacting with clients and colleagues. Ability to type accurately and efficiently, with attention to detail in all documentation. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a dynamic office environment.
