Personal Assistant Loving Me More Being a Better You 1107 Belleview St # 105, Columbia, SC 29201 Job Summary As a Personal Assistant, you will provide direct support to individuals in need of care, focusing on memory care, long-term care, and assistance with activities of daily living (ADLs). Your role will involve working with people with disabilities in various settings such as nursing homes, home community care, and other care facilities. Duties
- Assist individuals with memory care needs in their daily activities
- Provide support with ADLs including grooming, bathing, and dressing
- Monitor and record vital signs as required
- Prepare meals according to dietary restrictions and preferences
- Offer companionship and emotional support to individuals under your care Experience
- Prior experience in caregiving or related roles is preferred
- Knowledge of memory care practices and techniques
- Familiarity with working with individuals with disabilities
- Ability to adapt to different care settings such as nursing homes or home community care
