Sales Office Assistant Auto Connection of Boiling Springs 4121 Highway 9, Boiling Springs, SC 29316 We are looking for a competent Office Assistant to help with the organization and running of the daily administrative operations of the company. The ideal candidate will be a hard-working professional able to undertake a variety of office support tasks and work diligently under pressure. This person will be comfortable working with a high degree of attention to detail and discretion as well as incorporating new and effective ways to achieve better results. Responsibilities Organize office and assist associates in ways that optimize procedures Communicate with customers in person, through phone calls, and social media instant messaging in order to assist customers as they prepare to purchase a vehicle Assist Sales Staff with regular daily duties including maintaining a clean working environment, accepting credit applications, submitting applications for financing, monitoring vehicle inventory to ensure vehicles are in good condition. Sort and distribute communications in a timely manner Create and update records ensuring accuracy and validity of information Provide ongoing customer service to customers in need of vehicle maintenance by helping them schedule appointments with our service department Resolve office-related malfunctions and respond to requests or issues Maintain trusting relationships with customers and colleagues Perform receptionist duties when needed Skills Working knowledge of office equipment Thorough understanding of office management procedures Excellent organizational and time management skills Analytical abilities and aptitude in problem-solving Excellent written and verbal communication skills Strong understanding of and ability to use technologies such as computers and social media
