Position Description
This position will be responsible for assisting and supporting the Quality Department of the Industrial Construction Division located at our Sumter, SC Fabrication Shop. Job Responsibilities
Organize files received from other departments to meet Quality Audit standards of being readily accessible.
Assemble turn over packages per instructions. This will include all test records, drawings, change orders, RFI’s, etc. Provide administrative support to all TCG Quality as needed.
Ensure compliance with Records Management Policies and Procedures.
Ensure accuracy of all project documentation. Input information into various electronic record keeping systems.
Generate Welder Qualifications based on testing ranges.
Other duties as assigned.
Job Qualifications
High School diploma or GED Degree or 3 yrs of relevant work experience.
Proficiency with key computer applications (Windows, Word, PowerPoint, Excel, etc.).
Excellent oral, written, planning and organizational skills.
Must be self-motivated and work individually or in a team environment.
Ability to multitask and prioritize, and maintain a calm, professional and positive demeanor.
Detail and deadline-oriented.
Candidate may be required to pass a drug test and criminal background check based on job location/requirements.
