Open Until Filled Mutual of Omaha Advisors is seeking a dedicated team member to perform essential functions within our Advisor Network Columbia, SC Office. Your responsibilities will encompass a wide range of critical tasks, including support for local management, securities product compliance, advisor pay entries, advisor business and prospecting support, premium processing and accounting, and expense processing. Estimated Hourly Wage:
$21.00 – $23.00, plus annual bonus opportunity. 401(k) plan with a 2% company contribution and 6% company match. Work-life balance with vacation, personal time and paid holidays. WHAT YOU’LL DO
You’ll perform various office support functions, including answering calls, welcoming clients, maintaining filing systems, scheduling appointments, and managing office machines. Handle application entry, compliance resolution, and client support while identifying marketing opportunities and managing client information using Salesforce. Manage advisor pay functions, ensure pay accuracy, handle expenses, process invoices, and monitor financial accounts. Assist with report analysis, contracting administration, and maintaining office materials and supplies while providing training and support to coworkers and agents. Resolve office-related issues, collaborate with home office personnel and landlords, and support local management with their daily tasks, enhancing overall office efficiency.
WHAT YOU’LL BRING
Strong computer knowledge to include office software products such as Microsoft Office Suite. Strong human relations and communication skills; telephone and customer service skills. Organization, attention to detail, analytical, problem solving and clerical support skills.
