Duties include recording expenses, processing paperwork, answering calls/emails, and assisting customers. Responsibilities and Duties Process all records of expenditures for the business. Process credit applications and invoices for customers purchasing Golf Carts and Accessories. Complete reports on inventory, expenses, sales, and repairs. Assist customers with purchasing Golf Carts and Accessories. Also responsible for scheduling of Repair Services and Golf Cart Deliveries. Answers phone calls and emails. Assists customers as needed. Qualifications High School Diploma. Experience working in an office or other business environment. Ability to work with computers and multi-line phone system. Customer service skills.
