Work Schedule:
Monday through Friday, 8:00am to 5:00pm
Pay:
$17.00/hour
General Purpose of Position:
The Office Assistant oversees various activities supporting the business’s smooth operation. Responsibilities may range from greeting and directing visitors and distributing mail to supporting the A/P process and purchasing office supplies. This role requires flexibility, organizational skills, accuracy, and a willingness to successfully oversee a variety of tasks. The Office Assistant may be cross-trained to act as a backup to other team members.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Provide clerical support to office and administrative staff utilizing MS Word, Excel, Teams, and PowerPoint. Assist the Shipping Coordinator with data entry, making copies, and scanning. Support the Scheduling Coordinator with office duties. Answer phones, greet visitors, and provide excellent customer service. Maintain hard-copy and electronic files in a timely and organized manner. Cross-train in a variety of areas in order to provide support and assistance as necessary. Other duties and special projects as assigned.
