Who we are looking for:
We are currently searching for a Plant Administrator to be based out of Fort Mill, SC. Reporting to the Plant Manager this person’s primary focus will be provide administrative support by handling information requests, and performing clerical functions such as preparing correspondence, receiving visitors, arranging conference calls, and scheduling meetings. What you’ll do: Preparing reports, memos, letters and other documents as needed
Performing general office duties such as ordering supplies
Maintaining records management database systems and retention
Update records of continuous improvement report
Inventory sub ledger and general ledge variance report responsibility
Transforming raw data into reports
Sending paperwork for received purchase orders to the accounts payable department for payment processing
Entering data for Environmental, Health & Safety related activities (reporting injuries, conducting safety meetings, distributing Monthly Safety topics, month end reporting etc.
All other assigned duties What you’ll bring: Minimum educational requirement is high school diploma, or equivalent
Excellent interpersonal and communications skills
Associates Degree with a Business Administration focus preferred; or 2-3 years administrative experience in a manufacturing setting; or an equivalent combination of education and experience
Able to complete multiple projects on time and with minimal supervision, which often serve several people and contain conflicting deadlines
Excellent interpersonal and communications skills
Good understanding of basic math required for quick and accurate counting and calculations
Assist with Recruiting efforts.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Excel and PowerPoint.
High attention to detail, accuracy, time management, and organization Within 3 months, you’ll: Complete any required training
Have developed relationships with the key stakeholders for this role.

As of the date of this posting, a good faith estimate of the current pay for this position is $43,120 – $59,290. Placement in the range depends on several factors including, but not limited to, specific competencies, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, relevant experience, skills, seniority, performance, shift, travel requirements, and business or organizational needs and may change over time. Other compensation may include, but not limited to, overtime, shift differentials, bonuses, commissions, stock, and other incentives.
