Job Description:
Administrative Support:

Enter requisitions and information into the applicant tracking system/database. Gather and compile forms, emails, approvals, etc., for database entry. Create, manage, distribute, and maintain weekly and monthly status reports for all active requisitions. Assist with managing and reporting on posting dates, expenses, contract notifications, updates, etc. Compile monthly resource reports. Compile and manage monthly department reports. Contingent Workforce (CWF)

Administrative Tasks:

Perform daily administrative tasks in the Vendor Management System, including requisition monitoring, communication with suppliers and managers, and managing the CWF mailbox/emails. Manage activities of external suppliers, audit systems, and supplier data. Communicate CWF program and contract guidelines to suppliers and internal managers. Administer the CWF system daily. Customize, enhance, and optimize processes. Compile reports and performance metrics for distribution. Compile monthly reports on CWF statistics, placements, terms, and transfers. Perform data entry administrative tasks.

Qualifications:

Experience in project administration/reporting, workforce management, systems analysis, database management, or related role.

  • Highly proficient in Enterprise Systems, Applicant Tracking Systems, Vendor Systems, MS Office, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
  • Advanced Excel and reporting skills required.
  • Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills and the ability to interact well with individuals at all levels of management, internal and external.
  • Strong analytical, organizational, technical, written and oral communication skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to handle and resolve issues independently.
