Job Description
LHH has partnered with a dynamic manufacturing client to help add a temporary Administrative Assistant to their team in Oak Ridge, TN. This position is ideal for anyone who is organized, proactive, and possesses excellent communication skills.
Responsibilities:
Field internal and external communication including calls and emails. Maintain various spreadsheets for both accounting and customer service needs. Provide administrative support for client deliverables, review and delivery. Coordination of document prep, reporting, and file organization. Maintain office cleanliness, stock supplies, and order inventory. Track calendar events.
Qualifications:
3+ years of Admin experience preferred. Excel experience preferred. Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
