Bail Compliance Clerk Cumberland Bail Bonds 1401 Spring Place Road SE, Cleveland, TN 37311 Job Overview We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Bail Compliance Clerk to join our team. The ideal candidate will have some military or law enforcement experience, be organized, and have some office experience. This position will be responsible for providing bail administrative support, ensuring smooth office operations, and delivering excellent customer service. This role is essential in maintaining an efficient office environment and assisting with various fugitive recovery task. Duties Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently, maintaining up-to-date records. Answer phone calls with professionalism, demonstrating excellent phone etiquette. Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails and mail. Maintain organized filing systems for easy retrieval of documents. Provide exceptional customer service to bail bonding agents, attorneys and colleagues, addressing inquiries promptly. Collaborate with team members to ensure a cohesive office environment. Perform bail compliance/court notifications. Skills Proficient in office management practices and procedures. Strong organizational skills with attention to detail. Experience in data entry with a high level of accuracy. Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills. Strong administrative skills to support various office functions. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. Communication skill is a must.
