Allstar Electric is seeking a friendly, self-motivated, and organized Office Clerk to join our team in Cleveland, TN. The Office Clerk will be responsible for providing quality customer service to our clients, maintaining organization in our office, data entry, phone etiquette, and always being professional and courteous.
ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES
- Answer the telephone and redirect calls to the appropriate staff member, and respond to voicemails in a timely manner
- Utilize our office software to schedule new and follow-up appointments for our customers
- Process customer payments over the phone
- Maintain confidentiality of all customer records
- Uphold the positive reputation of our office by always treating visitors in a friendly and welcoming manner
