Administrative Assistant 3.8 3.8 out of 5 stars Tullahoma, TN 37388 Accommodate guests, communicate, and work with other admins within the organization to achieve department goals, discreetly handle sensitive paperwork, communicate with employees of all levels. Provide daily support to Department Managers, Section Managers, Project Managers, and employees. Prepare for meetings by arranging catering, audiovisual needs, agendas, and taking minutes. Act as a Travel Coordinator
- assisting personnel in travel authorizations, booking of travel, and expense report submissions.
Utilize Microsoft Teams, Outlook, Power Point, and Excel to create, maintain, and edit a variety of presentations, spreadsheets, and documents. Utilize skills to copy / scan / email Apply in-depth understanding of role to be able to listen to requests for assistance and follow through with little to no supervision to obtain the desired end product. Professionally represent the Department when communicating with internal and external customers (i.e. phone messages, greeting guests, reach back, etc.) Regularly status appropriate employee action(s) to ensure timely completion needed by any department (travel, credit card, training, etc) Perform other duties as required. High School Diploma Familiar with Microsoft Office Essential Functions Work will be performed in an office environment Office Equipment Attendance
