Administrative Assistant AdamsBridge Global, LLC Nashville, TN Administrative Assistant to provide administrative duties to ensure the efficient day-to-day operation of an office Description The Administrative Assistant will be located at our Nashville office and assist with Adamsbridge lines of business.. This individual is responsible for receiving, sorting, and scanning all incoming mail, ensuring that all documents are uploaded to the system in a timely manner. This position will also be involved with the telephone needs for both our insurance services and clinical trials.
Role and Responsibilities:
Conduct telephone calls or follow up calls to clients and follow scripts for interviews or questionnaires. Assist in answering all outgoing or incoming calls following scripts and established protocol. Accurately collect information required by individual programs and correctly capture in specific program databases Gathering mail from our PO Box, sorting, scanning and uploading documents to various systems. Mailing packages when requested.
Qualifications:
Knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Power Point and Outlook) Excellent verbal and written communication skills Attentive to detail and exercises excellent judgment Ability to follow directions and take initiative Excellent time management skills and the ability to follow through Ability to learn quickly and work on multiple projects efficiently Ability to multi-task with both telephone and computer applications/portals/systems Excellent customer service, pleasant and engaging phone etiquette with the ability to follow a script while keeping conversation Certified Medical Assistant license preferred but not required.
Working Hours:
Monday – Friday 8am-5pm cst
