Household Management and Organization:

Oversee repairs, maintenance, and deliveries; assist in projects to improve areas within the residence

Personal Errands:

Obtain and manage various grocery and household supplies, gifts, etc. Light housekeeping, fill / empty dishwasher, occasional laundry. I have a deep cleaner come in twice a month for the heavy cleaning

Vendor Management:

Coordinate and vet services as needed (e.g. cleaning, landscaping, maintenance.

Dog Care assistance:

Occasional help with feeding, appointments, etc. (25 lbs)

Event Planning:

Organize personal events and gatherings. Work with Personal Assistant as needed.

Qualifications:

Exceptional organizational and time-management skills; strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities 2+ years proven experience as a Personal or Family assistant Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Fondess for a very sweet dog. Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation; NDA required. Background Check Required.

Compensation:

Competitive salary based on experience ($20 – $25 an hour) Flexible scheduling Part time – 3 to 4 hours a day 3 days a week to start; potential for more hours
