Install and Service Coordinator
American Home Design is looking for a full-time Service Coordinator for our RainSoft division at our office in Goodlettsville, TN (15 minutes north of Nashville). The Service Coordinator’s primary focus is scheduling appointments for service on our existing customers’ water filtration systems. The secondary focus is administrative support for our customers and team. This role ensures that our service techs have a full and efficient work schedule each day in the Middle TN & East TN markets. We are looking for someone who takes pride in providing excellent customer service and ideally has experience scheduling or routing a team.
Scope of Responsibility:
Our Install and Service Coordinator is responsible for scheduling approximately 5-7 Service Technicians’ daily and weekly routes. This position is extremely phone-heavy, requiring frequent and extended conversations with customers throughout the day. A large portion of the day will be spent answering incoming calls, providing support, and reaching out to customers to coordinate service needs.
Additionally, this role provides administrative support to our three offices, helping ensure every customer has a smooth and positive experience throughout their service journey. The Install and Service Coordinator also assists in preparing and organizing financing paperwork for new job installs, ensuring everything is completed accurately and on time to keep projects moving forward.
