We are currently in search of a full time, live in House Manager for a client based in Nashville. What Winning In This Role Looks Like You have a great personality and show up with a positive attitude but also know how to respect boundaries You are go getter with a strong work ethic You are an excellent multitasker You are trustworthy and discreet You are a problem solver and are solution oriented You have the ability to take direction and can pivot as needed and requested You have a strong attention to detail and are very organized You are attentive and able to anticipate needs You are more proactive than reactive You genuinely enjoy being of service and find joy in making someone’s life easier You are looking for a live in role with private quarters You have a valid drivers license and reliable transportation Regular Tasks For This Role Running errands Grocery Shopping Home and Office Organization Oversight over shipping and receiving packages Dog Walking Occasional Dog Sitting Arranging necessary repairs, services and maintenance for a 5000 sq ft property Scheduling and overseeing estate vendors Scheduling and overseeing any home improvement projects at the home Keeping track of inventory at the home and making sure key items are always in stock Organizing files and information relating to the property Understanding what needs are urgent and how to prioritize tasks Overseeing vendors, maintenance and repairs for two condos in downtown Nashville Completing daily, weekly and monthly tasks in the home and around the property Prepping dinner in the evening for the principal Skills/Experience/Education Previous experience working as a personal assistant or a house manager is preferred but not required Self Starter Strong Critical Thinking Skills Adaptability in a variety of situations Ability to read a room
