$31.8K – $39.6K a year 16 hours ago Qualifications Entry level Full Job Description This is a grant funded, part time employee position contingent on continued funding from the Tennessee Department of Mental Health and Substance Abuse Services (TDMHSAS). The Administrative Assistant reports directly to the Project Director and is responsible for assisting with project preparation, planning and implementation. A successful candidate must be capable of prioritizing activities, meeting goals and objectives in a timely fashion, and managing a significant amount of project detail. University Student Worker:

Help complete organization of new office space Organize and label all resource products (lock boxes, bags, Deterra, Nicotine Kits etc) for the community Help Prevention Specialist establish pet med diversion program. Make resource bags for vet, veterinary office, clinics, and other animal care facilities. Assist in emailing initial contact, in person information drop off and follow up communication Prep for all community events Make copies of handouts Prep folders Compile community resources Engage with at least five coalition member agencies to support them in their community level interventions and receive experiential learning opportunities Attend, help set up and share community resources at community events Work with communication specialist to plan young adult targeted social media campaign Assist in brainstorming other ways of connecting with young adults outside of the university setting Help Communication Specialist prepare a social media tool kit for Coalition members Assist Prevention Specialist in creating an implementation plan for monthly luncheon learns throughout the year
