Duties Provide exceptional customer support by addressing inquiries and assisting clients in a professional manner. Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently, maintaining up-to-date records. Manage calendars, schedule appointments, and coordinate meetings for team members. Assist with office management duties, including organizing files and maintaining office supplies. Utilize QuickBooks for basic financial record-keeping and invoicing tasks as needed. Support clerical functions such as typing documents, preparing reports, and handling correspondence. Serve as a medical receptionist when required, greeting patients and managing appointment schedules. Requirements Proficiency in computer literacy with a strong understanding of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook). Previous experience in customer support or office management is preferred. Familiarity with QuickBooks is a plus but not mandatory. Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment. Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry tasks. Ability to manage calendars and coordinate schedules efficiently. Experience as a medical receptionist is advantageous but not required.
