This role also includes supporting the sales team to ensure that it has all the tools to maximize sales. Many times, this position will serve as the glue that keeps all pieces working together as BCH continues to rank best-in-class among our competition in the financial wellness, Fintech, industry. In addition, this opportunity requires that the applicant has very strong organizational skills, is super-efficient and innovative (always looking for opportunities for improvement processes).
