We are looking to add a part-time administrative assistant/office manager to our high-volume Regional Aflac office. Emphasis will be on account management to support the Regional Coordinator and Account Executives in a range of functions including but not limited to marketing, client support, and claims.
Skills Required:
- Time management; must be able to multi-task and work independently with frequent interruptions
- Communication and Organization Skills
- Strong Interpersonal relationships including client interaction
- Computer skills to include: Email, Word, Excel, PowerPoint
- Ability to adapt priorities in a dynamic environment
- Team player
- Will train on industry systems
- Responsibilities include:
- Greet clients in a professional manner
- Answer phones, direct calls, return calls
- Manage calendars
- Send and receive faxes
- Coordinate work flow and follow-ups to ensure all deadlines are met
- Report via an Excel spreadsheet
- Event Planning
- Client Support to include billing, claims and policyholder changes (must remain confidential and ethical at all times)
- Compile necessary folders for recruitment and for agent presentations
