The ideal candidate will be responsible for a variety of data entry and verification tasks that support the smooth operation of our office. This role requires strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently. Duties Manage incoming Invoices from Vendors and outgoing Invoices to Customers. Support accounting functions by maintaining accurate financial records. Collaborate with team members to streamline administrative processes and improve efficiency. Respond to inquiries from staff regarding accounting procedures and policies. Skills Proficiency in Invoicing, Quickbooks, and Excel Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
