Administrative Assistant Job Description Our Service Department is seeking a dedicated and versatile Administrative Assistant. The ideal candidate will be proactive, organized, and capable of handling multiple tasks to support the Director of Operations and ensure smooth departmental operations. Responsibilities Learn and perform duties of both the dispatcher and administrative assistant roles. Order parts and equipment as needed. Maintain communication with customers to ensure satisfaction and timely updates. Track and follow up on estimated arrival times for ordered parts. Document and schedule training sessions for staff. Assist in various tasks to alleviate the workload of the Director of Operations. Essential Skills Proficiency in Outlook and Microsoft Office Suite. Ability to navigate and utilize accounting and dispatch systems. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Friendly and approachable demeanor, with a willingness to go above and beyond. Additional Skills & Qualifications Degree preferred but not required. HVAC knowledge is a plus but not required. Experience in customer service, data entry, front desk, clerical, and administrative assistance. Work Environment On-Site office setting.
