The Administrative Assistant provides support to all departments and will gain knowledge used to further their career. This area of the business is a crucial element to our operations and involves communicating updates to our customers and crews regarding our production schedule. It is a complex skill set and is crucial to the success of our team. Initial responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Taking the lead on all inbound calls & assists with customer service requests Providing exceptional customer service by greeting customers with positive energy Scheduling sales appointments & entering appropriate information into database Monitor and manage online communication platforms through which customers can contact the company Building & reconciling project files Providing support to all departments (sales, admin, & operations) Compiling Information & Generating Reports Data Entry Perform other duties as assigned Future responsibilities may include project scheduling which is a complex skill set that includes customer communication, internal communication, project reviews, & the ability to solve complex problems.
Requirements:
