The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in supporting daily operations by managing various administrative tasks, ensuring smooth communication, and providing exceptional customer support. This position requires strong organizational skills, proficiency in computer literacy, and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively. Duties Provide outstanding customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly. Manage calendar appointments and schedule meetings for team members. Perform data entry tasks with accuracy and attention to detail. Operate phone systems to handle incoming calls and direct them appropriately. Assist in maintaining organized files and records for easy retrieval. Support medical receptionist duties, including patient check-in and managing medical records. Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient office operations. Prepare documents, reports, and presentations as needed. Qualifications Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively. Excellent customer support experience, demonstrating a friendly and professional demeanor. Previous experience as a medical receptionist is a plus but not required. Proficient in data entry with a high level of accuracy. Familiarity with operating phone systems for effective communication. Exceptional customer service skills to enhance client interactions. Ability to type efficiently while maintaining quality work standards. Strong computer literacy, including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite or similar software. Experience in calendar management to coordinate schedules effectively.
