The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring smooth office operations, providing exceptional customer support, and assisting with data management. This role requires strong communication skills and the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment. Duties Manage and maintain schedules through effective calendar management. Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently. Provide customer support via phone systems and in-person interactions. Assist with medical receptionist duties, including patient check-ins and appointment scheduling. Proofread documents to ensure accuracy and professionalism. Serve as a personal assistant to senior staff, managing correspondence and administrative tasks. Maintain organized filing systems for easy access to information. Support team members with clerical duties as needed. Skills proficiency is a plus, enhancing communication with diverse clients. Strong computer literacy, including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software. Experience as a medical receptionist is advantageous but not mandatory. Excellent proofreading skills to ensure high-quality documentation. Ability to provide outstanding customer support through effective communication. Familiarity with phone systems for efficient call handling. Previous experience as a personal assistant or clerk is beneficial. Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
